ORDER
Date : 21.01.2022 Heard Mr. A.R. Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. R.D. Mazumdar, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3, the Insurance Company.
This present application has been filed seeking correction of the Order dated 06.01.2022, passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 334/2021.
In the said judgment and order it was directed that the Insurance Company shall deposit the Page No.# 2/2 awarded amount in the Registry of this Court within a period of one month after obtaining bank details of the claimant.
Now, by filing the present application, it has been stated that the awarded amount shall be deposited by the Insurance Company in the Bank account of the claimant by means of NEFT within a period of one month from today after obtaining the bank details of the claimant.
After hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, the prayer made by the applicant is allowed.
The Insurance company shall deposit the awarded amount in the bank account of the claimant by means of NEFT within a period of 1 (one) month from today, after obtaining the bank details of the claimant.
The I.A. stands disposed of.
