Date : 10.02.2022 The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard Mr. H. Talukdar, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. N. Das, learned Government Advocate, Assam, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Mr. G. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3.
This application has been filed for condoning the delay of 722 days in filing the accompanying writ appeal against the judgment & order dated 18.05.2017 passed in WP(C) No.6033/2010.
The respondents have filed their objections to the delay condonation application.
Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on going through the averments made in the application, the delay seems to be bonafide. The delay is accordingly condoned and the application is allowed.
Registry is directed to register and number the appeal and list the same on 16th February, 2022.
