                                      ORDER

Date : 02.02.2022 Heard Mr. A.M. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Mr. D. Borah, learned Govt. advocate prays for some more time to reconstruct his file.

In view of the judgment and order dated 28.01.2021 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA 177/2020 as well as order dated 10.01.2022 passed in this writ petition, the adjudication in the matter is in a very narrow campus. Therefore, on the prayer made by learned Govt. advocate, the learned counsel for the petitioner has provided a copy of the writ petition and the affidavit of the respondent no. 2 to the learned Govt. advocate so as to enable him to make copies and return the same.

While adjourning the matter, the Court is inclined to observe that an attempt would be made to hear and dispose of the matter on the next date fixed. List on 23.02.2022.
