01-12-2022 Ms. G. Hazarika, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue Department submits that though the earlier order dated 28.05.2020 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 962/2022 has required the petitioner to file a fresh application, such application, rather the Kabula, annexed as Annexure-1, appears to have been filed prior to the date of the earlier judgment.

Nonetheless, the learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted 2 (two) weeks time to obtain the instructions.

Interim order passed earlier to continue till the next date of listing. Since the land involved is a Government land, list on 16.12.2022. Shri B. Deori, learned State Counsel for respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 is present.
