Goswami, learned counsel appearing for the appellant This appeal has been filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 against the judgment and award dated 11.07.2017, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Goalpara in MAC case No. 151/2012. The appeal is admitted for hearing.
