No formal notice is required to be sent to respondent No. 1 as Mr. Borthakur has accepted notice on behalf of the said respondent. Extra copy of the petition and the Annexures thereto be furnished to him.
The petitioner shall take steps for service of notice on the respondent No. 2 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process.
List this matter after 6 (six) weeks.
The judgment and order dated 16.03.2022 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Sonitpur in Crl. Appl. No. 13(S-E)/2019 arising out of G.R. Case No. 1348/2014 shall remain stayed till disposal of the revision petition.
The petitioner is allowed to remain on previous bail.
