Date : 04-01-2021 The parties are represented by the learned counsel. By this interlocutory application u/s 5 of the Limitation Act, the applicants pray for condonation of delay of 141 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award dated 29-05-2018 passed by learned Commissioner, Employee's Compensation, Cachar, Silchar, in E.C. Case No. 26/2014.

The cause of delay has been explained in paragraph 4 & 5 of the application.

Mr.M. Talukdar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection in condoning the delay of 141 days in preferring the appeal.

Having considered the cause of delay shown in the application and also the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent that he has no objection in condoning the delay, the application is allowed and the delay of 141 days in preferring the appeal stands condoned.
