Date : 05.01.2021 Heard Mr. R. Baruah, learned counsel for the appellants. This appeal under section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act for enhancement of award is directed against the judgment and award dated 22.06.2015 passed by the learned Member, MACT, North Lakhimpur in MACT Case No. 33/2014.
