JUDGMENT
MANMEET PRITAM SINGH ARORA, J (ORAL):
1. Respondent No.1 is present in Court. He states that he has settled the matter amicably with the Petitioner. He states that he had no knowledge of the interim stay order passed by the Court in CMI NO. 5/2022 and he obtained the possession of the subject property in pursuance to the warrants of possession and through the Bailiff. 1.1 He however, states that he has the highest regard for the orders of the Court and tenders an unconditional apology for the unintended violation of the order dated 10.11.2022.

3. In view of the submissions of the parties, the the apology of the Respondent No.1 is accepted.
4. The learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press the petition against the Respondent No.2 and 3.
