: D. N. PATEL, Chief Justice (Oral) Proceedings in the matter have been conducted through video conferencing.
1. Present writ petition has been preferred seeking the following relief :-
"a). Issue a writ of mandamus and / or any other writ, order or direction the nature thereof directing the Respondents to either unblock the e-facility to enable the Petitioner to download pending C Forms or issue the pending C Forms manually."

Having heard the counsels for both parties and looking at the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievances ventilated in this petition and also looking to the earlier decisions rendered by this Court, we hereby direct the concerned Respondent Authority to treat this writ petition as a representation and decide the same in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policies applicable to the facts of the case, after giving an adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and practicable but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
4. With these observations, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
