1. In view of the reasons stated in the present application, the application is allowed and disposed of.

2. With the consent of counsel for the parties, the present petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. Vide the present petition, petitioners seek direction for quashing of FIR No.0450/2020 dated 30.06.2020 registered at Police Station Mehrauli and consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

4. Complainant/respondent no.2 is present in person through video conferencing and has been identified by SI Yogendra Tomar of Police Station Mehrauli and submits that matter has been settled and he does not wish to prosecute the matter any further.

5. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to quash FIR as no useful purpose would be served in prosecuting petitioners any further.

6. For the reasons afore-recorded, FIR No.0450/2020 dated 30.06.2020 registered at Police Station Mehrauli and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

7. The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of.
