1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be for disposal of this writ petition if a suitable direction is given to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representations dated 20th September, 2018 (Annexure P-5 to the memo of this writ petition) and dated 15th November, W.P.(C) 2717/2020 Page 1 of 2 2019 (Annexure P-12 to the memo of this writ petition) preferred by this petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid limited submissions and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to treat this writ petition as representation of the petitioner and decide the claim of the petitioner as sought in the representations dated 20th September, 2018 and 15th November, 2019 in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policies as applicable to the facts of the case as expeditiously as possible and practicable.

3. With these directions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of. CM Appl. No. 9419/2020 In view of the order passed in the writ petition, this application is disposed of.
