1. This writ petition has been preferred with the following prayers:-
"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the Respondent No.1 and/or Respondent No.2 to regulate unbridled powers given/delegated to Civil Defence Volunteers in Delhi through The Delhi Epidemic Diseases (Management of Covid 19) Regulations, 2020 by all means, ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the Respondent No.1 and/or Respondent No.2 to disallow male Civil Defence W.P.(C) 9444/2020 Page 1 of 3 Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:PANKAJ KUMAR Location:

Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the Respondent No.1 and/or Respondent No.2 to discontinue/disallow Civil Defence Volunteers from wearing "khaki" uniform and allow such uniform which should be clearly distinguishable in colour from police, iv. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the Respondent No.1 and/or Respondent No.2 to introduce multiple payment mode for accepting fines/penalties for Covid guidelines violation, v. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the Respondent No.1 and/or Respondent No.2 to prepare and implement comprehensive revised guidelines/regulations in a time bound manner in relation to Civil Defence Volunteers and/or such other persons authorized by Respondent no.1 and/or Respondent no.2 through The Delhi Epidemic Diseases (Management of Covid 19) Regulations, 2020 and other regulations, vi. Any other of further relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in larger public interest and in the interest of justice."
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it would suffice for the disposal of the writ petition, if the same is directed to be treated as a representation by the concerned respondent authorities.
