                            JUDGMENT

SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL)

1. Petitioner impugns order dated 24.04.2018, whereby, leave to defend application of the petitioner has been dismissed and an eviction order passed.

2. Respondent had filed the subject eviction petition seeking eviction of the petitioner, on the ground of bonafide necessity under Section 14(1) (e) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, from Property No.531, Ground Floor, Kucha Pati Ram, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi- 110006, Delhi, more particularly as shown in red colour in the site RC.REV. 261/2018 Page 1 of 2 plan annexed with the petition.

3. Parties were referred to mediation.

4. Learned counsels for the parties inform that the mediation was successful and consequent to the settlement, the petitioner has handed over peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent.

5. Learned counsel for the parties inform that all disputes between the parties stand settled and now nothing is surviving against each other.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

7. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

8. Order Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
