                           J U D G M E N T (ORAL)

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing FIR No. 854/2015 dated 10.08.2015, registered at PS - K.N. Katju Marg for the offences punishable under Sections 354/354(B)/323/392/506/34 IPC and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are four accused in the present case, however, the present petition is filed on behalf of only three accused persons. He prays that since it is a CRL.M.C. 4468/2019 Page 1 of 3 family matter between the parties, FIR may be quashed against the 4th accused, namely, Rohit Pawar as well, who is the ex-husband of the complainant.

Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and counsel for the respondents.

With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present petition is taken up for final disposal.

The present petition is filed on the ground that the parties have settled their disputes and the respondents have no objection if the present petition is allowed.

Respondents are personally present in Court with learned counsel - Ms. Shalini Gupta, Adv. and they have been identified by ASI Manoj Kumar/IO. Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that respondents have no objection if the present FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR No. 854/2015 dated 10.08.2015, registered at PS - K.N. Katju Marg for the offences punishable under Sections 354/354(B)/323/392/506/34 IPC and all CRL.M.C. 4468/2019 Page 2 of 3 other proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed against all the four accused persons.

Petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
