1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievances ventilated in this writ petition have been brought to an end by a communication dated 26th September, 2019 of the Reserve Bank of India, addressed to the petitioner. A photocopy of the said communication is tendered to this Court, which is taken on record.

2. As per the aforesaid communication dated 26th September, 2019, the Reserve Bank of India has reconsidered the matter and they have decided that it is not necessary to cancel the Certificate of Registration issued to this petitioner under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India W.P. (C) 9702/2019 Page 1 of 2 Act, 1934.

3. In view of the aforesaid communication, the grievances ventilated in this writ petition have now been brought to an end.

4. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

5. The question of law involved in this writ petition is left open to be decided, in an appropriate case.
