                         J U D G M E N T (ORAL)

1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.1887/2015 registered at P.S. Tilak Nagar for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/468/471/34 IPC and all consequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

2. The present petition has been filed on the ground that the matter has been settled with the complainant vide Settlement / Compromise Deed dated 30.07.2019.

3. On 11.09.2019, the present petition was adjourned at request of CRL.M.C.4531/2019 Page 1 of 2 learned counsel for the petitioner and the matter was accordingly renotified for 05.11.2019. On 05.11.2019, since the petitioner no.3 was not present, matter was again adjourned to 21.11.2019. On the said date also learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners again requested for an adjournment and the matter was renotified for 27.1.2019, i.e., today.

4. In the case in hand, one of the accused namely Simarjeet Singh has been declared proclaimed offender and is not available in India, therefore, I am not inclined to quash the aforementioned FIR.

5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
