1. Learned counsel for petitioners state that the petitioners No.1 to 5 are residing at H.No. 427, Gali No.6, Old Gali No.7, New Mustafabad, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, North East Delhi-110094 and the petitioner No.6 residing at H.No. 241, Street No.3, Moonga Nagar Karawal Nagar, Sher Pur North East Delhi-110094.
2. Learned ASC states that as per their information they were residing in Mustafabad. Since they are residing in Delhi, protection will be provided to them. Mobile number of Beat Constable, W/SI, Division Officer as well as SHO have been provided to the petitioners, so that in W.P.(CRL) 2336/2019 Page 1 of 2 case of exigency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials. Learned ASC assures protection to the petitioners.
3. In view of the above submissions, the present petition stands disposed of.
4. Copy be given Dasti as prayed.
