1. By this petition, petitioner seeks a direction to the trial court to dispose of the application under Section 156 (3) Cr. P.C. filed by the petitioner expeditiously.

2. It is informed that brother of the petitioner was found hanging in a de-addiction Centre. As per the petitioner, he suspects that he was murdered.

3. Status report has been filed. The same is taken on record.

4. Learned Addl. PP for the State submits that inquest proceedings have been conducted and no foul play has been found. Report with regard to VISCERA sent to FSL for examination has been received. It is stated that further report is awaited from the AIIMS where the post- mortem of the deceased was conducted.

5. Learned Addl. PP, under instructions, from the IO submits that all the requisite documents including the inquest report as well as report received from the FSL and the report to be received from AIIMS shall be placed before the trial court on or before the next date of hearing before the Trial Court i.e. 01.11.2018.

6. In view of the above, the trial court is directed to expedite the proceedings and conclude the same at an early date.

7. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.

8. Order Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
