1. By this transfer petition, the petitioners seek transfer of a petition for grant of Letters of Administration bearing No.22/2018 filed by respondent No.2 pending in the court of Ms. Surya Malik Grover, learned Additional District Judge-01 ('ADJ'), South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in which the respondent No.2 has pleaded that the deceased, Late Smt. Santosh Singh @ Santosh Kumari @ Toshi, had died interstate. The petitioners seeks transfer of the said case to this court where a Test Case No.43/2017 filed by the petitioners is pending disposal in respect of a Will dated 15.01.2017 allegedly executed by Late Smt. Santosh Singh @ Santosh Kumari @ Toshi, in favour of the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has no objection if the case No.22/2018 filed by him for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of estate left by the deceased Late Smt. Santosh Singh @ Santosh Kumari @ Toshi is transferred to this court.

3. In the circumstances, for expediency of justice, the petition for grant of Letters of Administration bearing No.22/2018 titled as Partap Singh Vs. State is withdrawn from the court of Ms. Surya Malik Grover, learned ADJ, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, and is transferred to this court.

4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
