1. By this transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of matrimonial dispute titled as Neeraj Bansal vs. Chhavi Bansal bearing HMA No.121/2016 filed by the respondent for a decree of divorce from the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini, Delhi, to the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara (Karkardooma), Delhi, where the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, against the respondent is pending disposal.

2. The petitioner is a resident of Shahdara whereas the respondent has been residing at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It would be convenient not only for the petitioner but also for the respondent if the aforesaid petition is transferred from the court of the learned Principal Judge, Tr.P.(C) 32/2018 Page 1 of 2 Family Court, North District, Rohini, Delhi, to the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara (Karkardooma), Delhi.

3. In the circumstances, HMA No.121/2016 is withdrawn from the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini, Delhi, and is transferred to the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara (Karkardooma), Delhi, for disposal, in accordance with law.

4. The petition along with application, being C.M. No.6790/2018, is disposed off accordingly.
