1. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that one Eviction Petition bearing No.6249/16 (old No.RC-51/11) titled as "Amrit Mohini & Another Vs. Brij Mohan Gupta & Others" is pending in the court of learned Additional Rent Controller („ARC‟), South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in respect of Shop No.20, Defence Colony Market, New Delhi-110024. He further submits that another petition No.25/17 titled as "Sunita Struck Vs. Brij Mohan Gupta & Ors." in respect of the same property, is pending before the learned ARC, Tr.P. (C.) 158/2018 Page 1 of 2 South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi. He states that both the petitions are in respect of the same property and may be transferred to either of the courts.

2. Mr.I.S. Alag, learned senior counsel for the respondents, on instructions, has no objection to the same.

3. In the circumstances, the petition bearing RC No.25/17 titled as "Sunita Struck Vs. Brij Mohan Gupta & Ors.," pending in the court of learned ARC, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi is withdrawn and assigned to the court of learned ARC, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, for disposal in accordance with law.

4. The petition along with pending applications is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
