                          ORDER

(ORAL) Petitioners claim that they are working as Guest Teachers for the last 3 to 7 years and they have right to seek regularization of their service in terms of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Bill, 2017.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that a concise and composite Representation will be filed on behalf of the petitioners to third respondent within a week.

If such a Representation is received by third respondent, then it be considered and decided within four weeks by passing a speaking order and the fate of Representation be conveyed to Representationist/ W.P.(C) 4124/2018 Page 1 of 2 petitioners through counsel within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedy as available in law, if need be.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, status quo as of today, in respect of petitioners' service be maintained till the fate of Representation is conveyed to them.

With the aforesaid direction, this petition and applications are disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
