                           ORDER

(ORAL)

1. Quashing of 31 Memos/Office Orders including the ones pertaining to wrong deduction in petitioner's salary to the tune of `3,77,402/- till June, 2017, is sought in this petition.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the said Memos have been already responded to and Representations qua Office Orders/recovery of excess payment due to retrospective revision of petitioner's salary, etc., have been already made, but there is no response by the respondents.

3. Upon hearing, it is deemed appropriate to permit petitioner to make a concise and composite Representation in respect of all the 31 Memos and against the Office Orders of which petitioner is aggrieved.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a concise Representation would be made by petitioner to first respondent within a period of four weeks from today. If such a concise Representation is received by first respondent, then it be effectively dealt with by passing a speaking order thereon, within a period of twelve weeks and fate of the Representation be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

5. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
