1. Petitioner is a Primary Teacher, who seeks a mandamus to respondent-Directorate of Education to take over the management of the School and to fill up the vacant posts of Principal and two teachers in respondent-School. Petitioner claims to have made various Representations to first respondent to seek the relief as claimed in this petition.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no response to petitioner's Representation by first respondent.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and application with direction to first respondent to consider and decide petitioner's Representation of 6th March, 2017 (Annexure 14) and to pass a speaking order thereon, within a period of four weeks and its fate be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

4. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
