1. Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner for expeditious disposal of her application filed for seeking interim maintenance.
2. Perusal of the file reveals that complaint case under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (In short 'DV Act') is pending before the Trial Court since 2013. Application moved by the petitioner for interim maintenance has yet not been decided. The next date of hearing is 26.07.2017.

3. Since the matter is pending since long and application for interim maintenance has yet not been decided, the Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose it on merits on the date fixed i.e. 26.07.2017 or soon thereafter within a reasonable period.
4. The petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
5. Copy of the order be sent to the Court concerned for compliance.
