Counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance copy, states that he has obtained instructions from the Election Commission to the effect that the representation dated 8.2.2017 submitted by the petitioner (Annexure P-2) shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within four weeks, under written intimation to him.
2. In view of the submission made herein above, the present petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision that may be taken by the respondent, he shall be at liberty to seek legal course against the same.
