1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners stating inter alia that the respondents are in contempt of the order dated 24.11.2016.
2. After addressing arguments for some time, counsel for petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioners to seek their remedies against the respondents in the pending appeal, in accordance with law.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the pending application.
