CM Appls. 1362/2017 (exemption) in W.P.(C) 275/2017 Allowed, subject to just exceptions. CM Appl. 1773/2017 (impleadment) in W.P.(C) 275/2017 Mr. Karan S. Chandhiok, learned counsel has filed the present impleadment application.

Keeping in view the averments in the application, the same is allowed. The amended memo of parties is taken on record. W.P.(C) 275/2017 & CM Appl. 1361/2017 Issue notice.

Mr. Gautam Narayan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

He prays for and is permitted to a counter affidavit on or before 17th January, 2017. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed on or before 19 th January, 2017.

To avoid any ambiguity, it is directed that the parents shall fill the forms in the prescribed format and the criteria mentioned therein by the respective schools. The format of the form shall also contain the criteria mentioned in the impugned Notification dated 07th January, 2017 regarding neighbourhood.

It is clarified that the scrutiny of the forms is subject to further orders to be passed in the present writ petition.
