1. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has obtained instructions from his client to the effect that he does not wish to press the present appeal.
2. The court has enquired from learned counsel that even if the appellant does not propose to press the present appeal, a limited notice can be issued to the respondent for granting a reasonable time to the appellant to vacate the suit premises.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant responds by stating that his instructions are simply to withdraw the present appeal.
4. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications.
