1. Counsel for the petitioner states that he has discharged the obligations as undertaken and recorded in the consent order dated 31.3.2017 and he has filed an affidavit, as directed, with a copy to the other side.

2. Counsel for the respondent states that the consent order will bind the account of M/s Shree Hari Overseas Pvt. Ltd. alone and the respondent/Bank reserves its right to take appropriate action against the petitioner in respect of the default committed in other accounts.

3. Counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to the said submission and states that no further orders are required to be passed on the present petition.

4. In view of the submissions made herein above, the present petition is disposed of, along with the pending application, while binding the petitioner to the undertaking recorded in the consent order dated 31.3.2017 and the affidavit filed in compliance thereto.
