1. The respondents seek to place on record the decision of the respondent that the impugned order dated 16.08.2016 is being withdrawn and any further decision in the matter qua the petitioner Company would be taken only after issuance of show-cause notice to the petitioners.

2. The statement is taken on record.

3. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 8460/2016 & CM No.34887/2016(stay)

1. Since the respondents have themselves withdrawn the impugned order dated 16.08.2016, the order dated 16.08.2016 is quashed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

2. In case the respondents propose to take any action against the petitioners, they shall issue a show-cause notice and also afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

3. Since the order dated 16.08.2016 was placed by the respondents on their website and, therefore, has been withdrawn, the respondents shall immediately delete the order dated 16.08.2016 from their website.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
