1. Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioners and/or the executor of the will to file a fresh probate petition, for seeking probate of the will dated 5.6.2015, left by late Smt. Vijay Lakshmi.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. At this stage, counsel for the petitioners states that the original will and the death certificate filed in the present petition may be released in favour of the petitioners.
4. On the petitioners filing certified copies of the aforesaid documents, the originals thereof shall be released in their favour, through the counsel.
