ORDER
% 26.05.2016
1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for quashing the evaluation of the answer keys by the respondent No.2/AAI and further, to consider the evaluation of the incorrect answer keys of the examination conducted by them in respect of Junior Executive ATC, held on 26.12.2015.
2. Ms. Gosain, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/AAI, who appears on advance notice, states at the outset that the present petition has been rendered infructuous for the reason that after the same was filed on 28.03.2016, the respondents had revised the answer keys on 04.04.2016 and WP(C) 2969/2016 Page 1 of 2 displayed the same on their website with a note that if any candidate had any objection, they should respond within seven days. She states that the petitioner did not respond thereafter and in any case, out of the seven answer keys that the petitioner claims were incorrect, four were corrected by the respondents and resultantly, his marks were upgraded. Thereafter, the petitioner had qualified for the interview, which process has been concluded on 21.05.2016 and now the results are awaited.
3. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
4. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
