1. This order is in continuation of the order dated 11.03.2016, the date on which counsel for the respondents had raised an objection with regard to the maintainability of the present petition in this Court for lack of territorial jurisdiction. On the said date, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to examine the aforesaid aspect and revert back.

2. Today, counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the competent court vested with the territorial jurisdiction in that regard.

3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
