1. The suit has been placed before the Court by the Joint Registrar, who has recorded in the order dated 22.4.2016 that the plaintiffs' evidence was closed on 9.7.2015, and thereafter no steps have been taken for seeking recall of the said order.
2. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that none has been appearing for the plaintiffs after 9.7.2015. On the said date, it was noted by the Joint Registrar that the plaintiffs had not taken any steps by filing the list of witnesses and nor had they deposited the costs in terms of a previous order dated 23.3.2015. None is present for the plaintiffs even today.
3. It appears that the plaintiffs are not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non- prosecution.
