1. The present case has been reflected in the regular cause list since the week commencing from 20.1.2016. However, none has appeared for the petitioner. Efforts have already been made by counsel for the respondents to contact counsel for the petitioner, but it is stated that he is not available at the address mentioned in the petition.

2. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non- prosecution.
