1. The present case has been reflected as pending in the regular cause list since 12.01.2016. However, none has appeared for the petitioner on 18.01.2016. Same was the position on 01.02.2016. Counsel for the respondents was requested to give a written intimation of the pendency of this case to the counsel for the petitioner.

3. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non- prosecution.
