1. Counsel for the respondents seeks further time to make compliances of the order dated 14.10.2015 on the ground that after the said date, the petitioner had applied to the respondents for seeking premature retirement on compassionate ground, which has recently been allowed. It is perhaps for the said reason that none is present on behalf of the petitioner today.

2. The present petition is dismissed in default and for non- prosecution alongwith the pending application.
