1. The present case has been reflected in the regular cause list since 25.01.2016. On 09.02.2016, when none had appeared for the petitioner, Ms. Archana Gaur, learned counsel for the respondents had stated that she shall convey the pendency of this case to Mr. S.K. Anand, counsel for the petitioner. It was also directed that the case be listed in the week commencing from 15.02.2016. On 17.02.2016, yet again, none had appeared for the petitioner. Dr. Ashwani Bhardwaj, proxy counsel appearing for the counsel for the respondents had sought an adjournment on the ground that the arguing counsel, Ms.Gaur was indisposed.

2. Today, Dr. Bhardwaj states that Ms. Archana Gaur, Advocate had duly conveyed the pendency of this case to Mr. S.K. Anand, Advocate, who had informed her as also him that the client has taken the brief back.
3. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non- prosecution.
