1. The suit has been placed before the Court by the learned Joint Registrar with an observation that none has been appearing on behalf of the plaintiff.

2. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that none had appeared for the plaintiff on 22.12.2014 and on 4.2.2015. Same is the position even today.

3. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non- prosecution, along with the pending applications.
