1. Counsel for the Decree holder states that his client has confirmed to him the fact that her account maintained in District Queensland in Australia has been credited for a sum of AUD 10,95,969.04. He hands over a copy of the bank voucher dated 19.03.2015 prepared by the Indian Overseas Bank, Golf Link Branch. Learned counsel states that the decree stands satisfied in view of the aforesaid payment.

2. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of.
