1. Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek directions thereby directing the respondents No. 1, 2 and 5 to forthwith take steps to stop illegal and unlawful activities of constructions and encroachment going W.P. (C) 7519/2014 Page 1 of 2 on over Khasra Nos. 1152/73 and 1153/73 of Village Madanpur Khadar, Delhi-76.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the aforesaid Khasras belong to respondent No.3/Delhi Development Authority (in short 'DDA') and due to unauthorised construction thereon, passage of the petitioners is blocked. To this effect, the petitioners made a complaint to DDA on 18.12.2013; however, there is no response from their side.
3. Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I direct the Commissioner (Land), DDA, to decide the aforesaid representation dated 18.12.2013 within three weeks from today and shall communicate the decision taken to the petitioners within one week thereafter.
4. I here make it clear that if the petitioners feel still aggrieved with the decision, they may approach to the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
5. I further make it clear that if any illegal and unlawful activities which is blocking the passage of the petitioners is going on, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the concerned SDM, New Delhi.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition is disposed of. CM No. 17776/2014 (for stay) With the disposal of the present petition, the instant application has become infructuous. The same is accordingly dismissed.
