1. The suit has been placed before the court by the learned Joint Registrar who had recorded in the order dated 15.5.2015 that no steps have been taken by the plaintiff to serve the defendants No.1 & 6, nor has she deposited the costs in terms of the order dated 27.2.2015. Further, none had appeared on behalf of the plaintiff on the said date.
2. The case was passed over on the first call to await the presence of the plaintiff/her counsel. It is 1.15PM now. None is present on behalf of the plaintiff.
3. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in the prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
