This writ petition has been filed for expeditious
disposal of C.R. No.225 of 2005, pending before the
Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack.
Considering the limited nature of grievances, this
writ petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner,
Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha Cuttack, to dispose of
C.R. No.225of 2005, under Annexure-1 to the writ petition, as
expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period six
months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
