Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition has been filed challenging the inaction of the Vice Chairman, Berhampur Development Authority, in not disposing of the UAC No.32 of 2008, expeditiously.
Considering the limited nature of grievance and keeping in view the fact that the matter is pending since 2008, the Vice Chairman, Berhampur Development Authority-opposite party no.2, is directed to take effective steps to dispose of UAC No.32 of 2008, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
It is needless to say that opposite party no.2 shall afford all reasonable opportunities of hearing to the parties concerned.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
