1. The issue in the present case is of payment of monetary emoluments to the employee of a school in terms of report of Sixth Pay Commission and which was directed to be implemented by the Director of Education vide its order dated 11.2.2009.

2. I have dealt with this issue in many judgments and last of which WP(C) No.13986/09 Page 1 of 2 is the judgment in the case of T.P. Singh Vs. Guru Harkrishan Public School and Ors. in W.P.(C) No.12132/2009 decided on 14.2.2013 wherein I have directed that the order of Director of Education dated 11.2.2009 be complied with.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed and disposed of by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3- school to make payment to the petitioner of the amount due as per the Sixth Pay Commission report within a period of three months from today. Petitioner will be entitled to interest @ 6% for the arrears during the pendency of the petition and for a period of three months from today. After a period of three months from today, petitioner will be paid interest, if the arrears are not paid, @ 9% per annum simple.

4. Writ petition is allowed and disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
