The respondents have passed the order dated 15th March, 2012, pursuant to a representation made by the petitioner. The respondents have held that after due deliberations, the petitioner's posting to 30 Wg (Sarsawa) is cancelled and he is to be retained at No. 2 AFSB (Mysore) till the completion of his normal tenure of three years till 2014.
In view of the order dated 15th March, 2012, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. W.P(C) No.1247/2012 Page 1 of 2
It is, however, clarified that the usual rules and regulations which apply to any incident of transfer in the service shall continue to apply also in this case.
CM No. 2696/2012 In view of the orders passed in the main writ petition, the interim order dated 2nd March, 2012 is vacated and the application is disposed of.
