1. Vide the instant petition, the petitioner has sought to quash FIR no. 283/2005 registered for the offences punishable under Section 406/420/467/471/120-B Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at PS-Connaught Place (investigated by Crime Branch, EOW) and proceedings consequent thereto.

2. In view of the detailed order passed in Crl. M.C. No. 1564/2008, instant petition along with application does not require further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, Crl. M.C. No. 529/2011 & Crl. M.A. 8461/2011 are dismissed.

4. No order as to costs.
