After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that a number of inaccuracies have crept in the annexures filed by the petitioner. In the circumstances, counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after rectifying all the mistakes and inaccuracies, and as he may be advised.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for.
